Corey Raymond: A Return to LSU
Former Standout Returns as Secondary Coach
Corey Raymond, a former LSU standout who played six years in the NFL, has returned to LSU as the secondary coach.
Raymond first joined LSU's coaching staff in 2012 as the defensive backs coach and assistant head coach. In 2017, he transitioned to the role of cornerbacks coach under then-head coach Bill Belichick.
Raymond played an instrumental role in securing a commitment from DJ Pickett, the top cornerback in the 2025 class.
As LSU enters spring ball in 2024, Raymond is back in Baton Rouge and ready to guide the Tigers' secondary.
